The day-to-day manufacturing of forged pieces includes the production of: rolled rings, shafts, cylinders, bushes, discs, plates, pins, valve bodies and specially designed shaped parts, all supplied rough or rough machined, heat-treated and accompanied by chemical analyses and mechanical testing certificates. Forgiatura Ticino Srl also specialises in the construction of forged flanges according to various regulations currently in force, including the following: B16.5, B16.47 A, B16 47 B, BS 3293, BS 4504, EN 1092-1, ANCHOR FLANGES. These pieces can also be supplied rough and/or rough machined and can be tested by Official External Organizations if required.
